Achilles Tendinopathy
Today I’m going to talk to you and with regards to what’s generally known as Achilles tendonitis. It not actually tendonitis but rather more what we call it tendinopathy and degradation of the tendon.
We’re seeing a lot of it now as people are coming out of the cold months trying to get fit for summer and get that bikini body.
What are the two types of Achilles Tendinopathy
The two types of Achilles Tendinopathy are classified according to anatomical location and broadly include Insertional and Non Insertional tendinopathy
