About
Estelle joined AC Podiatry in July of 2018 and has proven herself as an indispensable asset.
Since graduating in 2016, she has worked in country public health and aged care, has a high level of experience in wound and routine care, and with her gentle touch you can trust that your feet are in good hands!
Estelle’s special interests are in biomechanics and helping patients with the management of DOMs (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) after a hard session of training.
Estelle also has a Certificate IV in teaching Mat Pilates which has helped her approach to exercise prescription and viewing the body holistically.
